These are  the questions I am asked most often regarding Hypnotherapy Sessions

Q. How many sessions will I need?

  • One session is normally adequate however this does depend on the therapy required.

Q. What shall I bring to my session?

  • Just ensure you have allocated enough time for your appointment; other than nothing else is required.

Q. How long is each session?

  • Usually about an hour it is not uncommon for sessions of 90mins to 2 hrs – this has to be agreed in advance of your therapy session.

Q. Why is hypnosis so effective?

  • Positive thoughts breed positive actions which bring positive success. Hypnotherapy installs new feelings of well-being. Since hypnosis is accessing the creative unconscious part of the mind, there is much less resistance in accepting positive suggestions. Therefore the treatment can often be much more effective, and produce much quicker results, than other solutions to the personal self.

Q. Will I be too deep in my session that I could disclose information & feel uncomfortable with?

  • No – you will not do anything under hypnosis that you would morally or ethically object to if you weren’t under hypnosis – you always have control.

Q. How do I pay?

  • Payment is per session or per course basis. Paid on the day by cash or Debit/Credit card payment through our PayPal system.

Note: Card details will be required on booking your appointment but only charged at your session or if cancelled/no show 48 hrs prior to session.

Q. What if I need to cancel an appointment?

  • Please be sure to phone at least 48hrs in advance – to avoid charges for missed appointments/sessions.
  • Failure to do so will result in 100% cancellation charge.
