New Year – New Start – New You

Not Just me but you too – ok so here goes – lose weight – join the gym – drink less – learn to say no – eat better – never give up – write a book and the list goes on and on.  So this year I have decided to do things a little differently take things in your own stride and only do something when you really want to not because you feel you should or someone else wants you to.

Remember its all about YOU – therefore you should really want to – stop falling into that yearly trap be different after all we are all unique in our ways, why would we all start to make changes in our life on the same day as each other.

Its important to know that its not what we are doing but how we are doing it.  Its not what we are saying but how we are saying it

As unique as we all are with various goals, dreams and deadlines I personally find some comfort in knowing that many people assess and start their new goals all at the same time.

However, we should never ever wait until Jan 1st of each year to make our changes – just jump in there and do it when the inspiration or need strikes us!
